Sunday’s Obituary ~ Henry “Harry” Laws

Yesterday I posted 2 generations of the Lawes family. Today I’m sharing the obit for Henry Lawes Jr., my G Grandfather.
Laws: Harry H. Laws, age 78 years. 343 Canada Street, Marysville, passed away at his home October 3, 1965. Survived by five sons, six grandchildren.
Resting at Bishop’s Funeral Home 540 Woodstock Road, then taken to his late home to rest until Tuesday at 2 p.m. when service will be held. Rev. G. Howard Christie will officiate.
Interment in the United Church Cemetery.

I am the grandson of John H Plumb, his first wife was Leah Lawes, but he lived until 1948, and remarried to Lily Hemming, but she also died in 1925. Thanks for the Lawes information, best regards David.
